MXGPU (Moullinex △ GPU Panic)

PT

MXGPU arises from the fusion of two creative forces: Moullinex and GPU Panic are, respectively, Luís Clara Gomes and Guilherme Tomé Ribeiro, producers, songwriters, and performers whose collaboration is rooted in exploring humanity through electronic music.

At the heart of the dance floor, the duo presents a transformative 360° live show built around their striking triangular structure, dissolving the line between stage and audience and redefining the live dance music experience.

The debut album, Sudden Light, released on September 26, 2025 via Discotexas, was born in makeshift studios around the world. It’s an 11-track journey, contemplative and communal, where songs balance light and shadow, raw emotion and electronic precision, vulnerability and power. Many of these pieces were shaped on stage, through 360° performances that merges artist and audience — this approach redefines electronic music in a more intimate, and transformative way.

Through releases on Crosstown Rebels, Watergate, Get Physical, TAU, and above all their home label Discotexas, MXGPU have captivated audiences worldwide with immersive performances. Featured by Ableton, EARMILK, KCRW, Triple J, SiriusXM Diplo’s Revolution, SoundCloud Sound Advice, and over 100 editorial playlists across Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music, MXGPU have earned the support of Adam Port, &ME, Adriatique, Xinobi, Nico Morano, Patrice Bäumel, Damian Lazarus, and RÜFÜS DU SOL, among others — establishing their sound as an essential

presence in the global club scene.

Inspired by Suzanne Ciani, James Turrell, and the iconography of the ‘90s, MXGPU fuses performance art, futuristic scenography, and sensory experiences to explore the relationship between humanity and technology. Live Over Lisbon continues this exploration in a new light. — the physical and visual translation of Sudden Light. Filmed at dawn, suspended 15 meters above the Tagus River by the iconic “Poderosa” crane in front of MAAT, this live video concert defies gravity and transforms Lisbon into both stage and witness. Between night and day, sound and silence, it captures the instant when light first touches the city, a gesture of elevation and vulnerability where music becomes space, and space becomes music.
