A'mosi Just a Label

PT/AO

A’mosi Just a Label, It’s an existential way of certain being that desqualifies himself seen as a name, assumed by this individual who before the human regency is an artist from Angola. Was born in Uige, to Bazombo parents, Fernando Tanzi and Kumona Elisa Tana. His sub-ethnic group is located in the north of Angola.

He came to be known from his Ep signed as Jack Nkanga, Ep released in 2014 under his independent record label Konono Soul Music. A project whose single Redentor was nominated in the top Radio Luanda 2013, and in 2014 won the same top with the single Arts & Crafts. And later on being nominated for the Angola Music Awards, and in 2016 having won Le Reve Africain award in France.

A'mosi Just a Label, created Konono Soul, A set of rhythms, melodies and harmonies edited from Konono and other contemporary urban influences, thus producing an avant-garde sound with texts and poetry based on human intuition, emphasizing the general wellness of the nature. Konono Soul, is derived from the Bazombo(Konono), a particular music genre of this sub-ethnic group belonging to the Bakongo ethnic group, located in the northern Angola between Damba and Maquela Ma Zombo. It is also the title of his album to be launched this year.

He considers himself to be ordinary and heir to nature like everyone else, he takes advantage of the universal artistic heritage he has found to express himself under the idea of unity, thus evidencing the human race that we are. He tries to help himself and the people to naturally understand and respect life, enjoy natural freedom, to celebrate life and live eternal happiness starting with reflection and intuitive positive actions on life within the good collective order
